Meet Amy

Amy Milnes, also known as The Wise Owl Coach and the driving force behind Wise Owl Coaching & Consulting, is a coach, facilitator, and consultant who partners with individuals and organisations to build confidence, develop leaders, and create inclusive workplaces.
Drawing on experience across recruitment, HR, learning and development, and career progression, along with lived and professional experience with neurodivergence, Amy brings unique insight into human behaviour and inclusive practice, shaping coaching and consulting that work for everyone.
Amy is a Credentialed Practitioner of Coaching, with formal qualifications in Human Resources and Training & Assessment, and accreditations as a Mental Health First Aider and Extended DISC® Practitioner, supported by ongoing professional development in neurodivergence and inclusive practice.
She is also the creator and host of Wise Owl Conversations, a podcast featuring open and authentic conversations with everyday people about navigating life with neurodivergence or supporting someone who is (keep scrolling to check this out), and has co-authored a book of real-life stories about navigating change.
