Refund Policy
At Wise Owl Coaching & Consulting, we are committed to providing inclusive, high-quality coaching, consulting, and workshop experiences. We understand that circumstances may change and aim to approach all refund and rescheduling requests with fairness and respect.
Coaching & Consulting Services
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns — we are open to resolving issues on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops & Group Programs
Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or postponed to a future session, depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss your options.
Digital Products (e.g. E-books, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
