Service Description
This 3-month program is designed to give employees the space, structure, and support to pause, reflect, and plan what’s next. Rather than pushing one-size-fits-all career pathways, the tailored coaching creates room for real conversations about direction, motivation, and growth. The process is guided by a behavioural insight profile, offering a deeper understanding of how each employee communicates, makes decisions, and performs at their best, helping them take ownership of their development in a way that actually works for them. Depending on individual goals, sessions may explore: ✔ What energises and drains them at work — and what to do with that insight ✔ How their strengths show up in day-to-day work (and where they go unnoticed) ✔ What career growth actually means to them, not just what’s expected ✔ How to navigate conversations around development with more confidence ✔ Where they want to add value, and what support they need to get there Every participant leaves with a tailored Career Snapshot, including: ✔ A strengths-based summary of their current position and future direction ✔ 2–3 focus areas they’ve chosen to develop further ✔ Key actions they can take inside and outside their current role ✔ Option to involve their manager or mentor to keep the momentum going All sessions are held via Zoom and scheduled around work demands. This program is ideal for organisations looking to support retention, internal mobility, and more meaningful career conversations, especially during times of change or restructure.
